Digital Product License

Last updated: August 8, 2026

This Digital Product License applies to all digital products purchased or downloaded from EXCELENTPRO, including Excel templates, Google Sheets templates, PowerPoint templates, dashboards, planners, trackers, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other digital resources.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using an EXCELENTPRO digital product, you agree to the terms of this license.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from EXCELENTPRO, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use that product in accordance with these terms.

You do not purchase ownership of the template, design, file, or intellectual property itself.

Unless a different license is clearly stated on the relevant product page, the standard EXCELENTPRO license is intended for use by one purchaser for their own personal or business purposes.

2. What You Are Allowed to Do

Under the standard license, you may:

  • Download and use the purchased product for your own personal or business activities
  • Edit and customize the template
  • Add your own text, numbers, formulas, data, images, branding, and information
  • Change colors, formatting, layouts, and other editable elements
  • Use completed spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, or presentations within your own business
  • Create internal business documents using the purchased template
  • Make reasonable backup copies for your own use
  • Export completed work into formats such as PDF where the product supports it
  • Use the template repeatedly for your own permitted purposes

Your completed work may naturally contain your own business information, reports, calculations, presentations, or other content created using the template.

3. What You Are Not Allowed to Do

You may not, without prior written permission from EXCELENTPRO:

  • Resell the original product
  • Resell an edited or modified version of the product
  • Redistribute the files for free or for payment
  • Share the original files or download links with other people
  • Upload the product to Google Drive, Dropbox, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, forums, file-sharing websites, or other platforms for distribution
  • Upload or sell the product on marketplaces such as Etsy, Gumroad, Creative Market, Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms
  • Repackage our templates into another digital-product bundle
  • Claim the template or design as your own original creation
  • Remove EXCELENTPRO ownership information where it is included for licensing purposes
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, or give your license to another person or business
  • Offer the product as an editable template for your customers
  • Use parts of the template to create substantially similar templates for resale or redistribution
  • Copy the structure, design, systems, formulas, documentation, or other protected elements for the primary purpose of creating competing digital products

Changing colors, text, formulas, branding, layouts, or other elements does not give you the right to resell or redistribute the modified template.

4. One Purchase, One User or Business

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, one purchase grants a license for use by one individual purchaser or one business entity.

The purchased files should not be shared with unrelated businesses, customers, friends, colleagues from separate organizations, or other third parties.

If multiple independent users, businesses, or organizations need access to the product, additional licenses may be required.

5. Internal Business Use

You may use EXCELENTPRO templates internally within your own business to manage activities such as:

Sales, accounting, budgeting, inventory, projects, customers, marketing, operations, reporting, analytics, planning, presentations, or other legitimate business activities.

You may also present reports, charts, PDFs, presentations, or other finished outputs created using the template to employees, partners, customers, or stakeholders where appropriate.

However, providing a finished report or presentation is different from providing the underlying editable EXCELENTPRO template.

The editable template itself may not be transferred or redistributed unless your license specifically allows it.

6. Client Work

You may use an EXCELENTPRO product as a tool to perform work for a client, such as preparing a report, analysis, presentation, budget, or other finished deliverable.

However, under the standard license, you may not transfer the underlying editable EXCELENTPRO template to the client as a standalone digital product.

If your business model requires giving editable copies of our templates to multiple clients, please contact us regarding appropriate licensing.

7. Modification Does Not Transfer Ownership

EXCELENTPRO encourages customers to customize templates to suit their needs.

However, modifying a product does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

A modified version remains subject to this license where it continues to contain or derive from protected EXCELENTPRO content.

You may therefore not make minor or major modifications and then resell or redistribute the resulting template unless you have received explicit written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All applicable intellectual-property rights relating to EXCELENTPRO digital products remain owned by EXCELENTPRO or the respective rights holders where third-party licensed elements are used.

This may include rights relating to:

Templates, layouts, designs, formulas, systems, structures, graphics, documentation, instructions, branding, website content, and other original materials.

Your purchase gives you permission to use the product under this license. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

9. Prohibition on Competing Products

You may not purchase, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or reproduce an EXCELENTPRO product primarily for the purpose of creating a substantially similar digital template for sale or distribution.

You may, however, use our products normally within your own workflow and create your own original business materials using your own ideas, data, and content.

10. Sharing and Cloud Storage

You may store purchased files in your own private cloud-storage account for personal backup and legitimate use.

However, you must not intentionally make the original product publicly accessible or accessible to unauthorized third parties.

You are responsible for taking reasonable measures to protect your purchased files and download links from unauthorized distribution.

11. Third-Party Software

Some EXCELENTPRO products may be designed for use with third-party platforms such as:

Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint, or other compatible applications.

Purchasing an EXCELENTPRO product does not provide you with a license for any third-party software.

You are responsible for having access to the required software or service.

All third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

EXCELENTPRO is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Google unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12. Digital Product Access

Your license begins when your purchase is successfully completed and access to the digital product is provided.

You are encouraged to keep your own backup copy of purchased files.

Unless specifically promised on the product page, EXCELENTPRO does not guarantee permanent hosting or lifetime availability of every download link.

13. Updates

Certain products may receive corrections, improvements, or updates.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the purchase of a product does not guarantee lifetime updates, future versions, new features, or access to unrelated products.

Updates, where available, remain subject to the same license unless otherwise stated.

14. Refunds and License Termination

Purchases are subject to the EXCELENTPRO Refund Policy.

If a refund is issued for a digital product, your license to use that product may immediately terminate.

After receiving a refund, you must stop using and distributing any copies of the refunded product and delete the files in your possession where legally permitted.

15. License Violations

A violation of this Digital Product License may result in termination of your license.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, EXCELENTPRO may also take action regarding:

Unauthorized resale, unauthorized redistribution, copyright infringement, fraudulent sharing, marketplace uploads, or other misuse of our digital products.

Termination of the license does not grant the right to continue using, distributing, selling, or sharing the affected product.

16. No Transfer of Ownership

Purchasing an EXCELENTPRO product does not mean that you have purchased:

The copyright, brand, intellectual property, ownership rights, resale rights, redistribution rights, or sublicensing rights associated with that product.

You are purchasing a license to use the product, subject to the conditions described on this page.

17. Additional or Extended Licenses

Some products may eventually be offered with additional licenses, such as:

Team licenses, multi-user licenses, client-use licenses, extended commercial licenses, or other licensing arrangements.

Where a product includes a different license, the license displayed on the product page or provided with the product will apply.

For licensing questions or requests for additional usage rights, contact us before using the product outside the standard license.

18. Changes to This License

EXCELENTPRO may update this Digital Product License from time to time.

Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not remove rights that cannot legally be removed.

19. Contact

If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please contact us before using or distributing the product.
